Getting Started

Everything you need to join The Bee Hive SMP and claim your first land.

Joining the Server

Java Edition

  1. 1. Launch Minecraft Java Edition (version 1.21.11)
  2. 2. Click Multiplayer → Add Server
  3. 3. Enter the server address:
beesmp.usga.me

Bedrock Edition

  1. 1. Launch Minecraft Bedrock Edition
  2. 2. Go to Play → Servers → Add Server
  3. 3. Enter the server details:
beesmp.usga.me:19018

Bedrock players connect via Geyser. Account linking via Floodgate may be required.

Creating Your First Land

Claiming land protects your builds from griefing and gives you control over who can access your territory.

Quick Claim

/ lands claim
Claims the chunk you're standing in and names it after you

Custom Land Name

/ lands create <name>
Create a land with a custom name before claiming

Selection Mode (Large Areas)

/ lands selection
Enter selection mode

Select two corners by clicking blocks, then run:

/ lands claim
Claim the selected area

Using the Land Menu

The Lands plugin features an intuitive GUI that makes managing your territory easy—even if you forget the commands!

/ lands
Opens the main land management GUI
/ lands help
Lists all commands with detailed help
/ lands edit <land>
Switch which land your commands affect (if you have multiple)
/ lands view
Visualise your land borders with particles

Trusting & Managing Players

Trust Commands

/ lands trust <player>
Give a player access to your land
/ lands untrust <player>
Remove a player's access

Managing Roles via GUI

  1. 1. Open /lands
  2. 2. Click Roles
  3. 3. Select Role Settings to customise permissions
  4. 4. Use the players menu to promote/demote members (Shift-click)

Expanding Your Land

/ lands claim [radius]
Claim chunks in a radius around you
/ lands claim auto
Auto-claim chunks as you walk
/ lands claim fill
Fill gaps between claimed chunks
/ lands unclaim
Unclaim the chunk you're in
/ lands unclaim all
Unclaim all your land (careful!)
/ lands assign <area>
Create or resize subareas within your land

Nation & War Basics

Ready to think bigger? Form a nation to unite multiple lands under one banner.

/ nations create <name>
Found a nation (your current land becomes the capital)
/ nations relations
Manage allies and enemies
/ wars declare <land | nation>
Declare war (mutual consent may apply)
/ wars spawn
Teleport to your team's staging area during war
